Dan, a lifelong St. Louis resident, has been involved in the construction industry all his life and continues the tradition of excellence at R. V. Wagner, Inc. begun by his father Rich Wagner. Dan has made a positive mark in and around the metro area on literally hundreds of projects and is involved in various charitable organizations including St. Louis Catholic Academy, Good Shepherd Home, Our Little Haven, and St. Louis Priory and Cor Jesu Academy Fathers' Clubs. Dan graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and earned a Masters in Business Administration from Washington University.
Scott Inserra, P.E.
Scott graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Enginerring and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Georgia College. He has been employed in the construction industry for over 25 years. Scott's work history has given him experience from the viewpoint of both the project owner and the contractor, resulting in smooth coordination and timely completion of hundreds of projects. Family and community are important to him and he is very involved with both.
Laura currently serves at R.V. Wagner as office manager, corporate secretary and treasurer, with oversight of all administrative, office procedure and accounting functions. Over the past 25 years, Laura has served in various administrative and accounting capacities of the construction industry. She began her career as executive assistant to the base civil engineer of the Missouri Air National Guard located at Lambert IAP.
Mike has been involved in just about every aspect of the construction industry over the past 28 years including equipment control, estimating, project management, and superintendent of field personnel. He has been involved with projects from $1,000 to $10,000,000. He has managed site work, floors, paving, municipal and highway work, bridges, epoxy overlays, marine and railroad projects. His philosophy is to always strive to deliver a first class project within applicable time frames and budget restraints.
Rick places value engineering, top quality work, and keeping an eye on the big picture as the primary goal of every project. A graduate of Tulane University with a BS in structural/civil engineering, Rick worked as an engineer in Dallas before coming back to St. Louis. Rick's experience covers many areas of construction from land development and supervision of large commercial and residential developments to small municipal projects.
