Resident of Webster Groves

Dear Mr. Wagner:

We live on the road in Webster Groves which your company recently built. My wife and I are retired, but I still enjoy seeing people doing a good job. One of your employees is one of those people. Kerry Mills helped us on numerous occasions with the obstacles we faced with the road project.

My wife had knee surgery last January and when we were forced to park across the street, Kerry would come over and help her carry grocery bags across the street. Likewise, if we could not get into or out of our driveway, he would immediately correct the situation so we could get in or out.

You probably know how hard Kerry works, but I thought you might want to hear it from someone else. We never had any problems with your other employees, but I just wanted to let you know they all helped us through a very difficult fourteen months.

I am sending this letter in appreciation of the work that R.V. Wagner performed on the Whitecliff Park Bridge project. The exemplary work by R.V. Wagner resulted in a beautiful new bridge that was constructed well within budget. Matt Barker, Donald Tanner, and Rocky Winger, along with all the R.V. Wagner laborers, operators, and supervisors, were a pleasure to work with and quick to address any of our questions or concerns. I look forward to working with R.V. Wagner on future projects.

St. Louis Parking Company

St. Louis Parking Company has worked with R.V. Wagner, Inc. for over 20 years on many parking lot and garage improvement projects. R.V. Wagner uses their industry knowledge and professional workforce to bring the project in on time and on budget. Their commitment to quality and understanding of the industry has made them a great partner to work with on our projects.

Dan Wagner is a 'hands-on' owner and takes pride in every job that he is involved  (in). In addition to the parking lot projects, we have seen firsthand the impressive work that his company performed at Old Warson County Club. R.V. Wagner replaced the railroad ties surrounding several decorative ponds as well as rebuilt the bridges across a creek which significantly enhanced the image of that portion of the course. We highly recommend R.V. Wagner and are confident that you will not regret giving them a chance.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact any one of us.
